Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to senior government officials.

Responsibilities include creating content on emerging technologies such as data science, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and Generative AI. You will also be required to review learning content designed by the Curriculum designer to ensure accuracy and depth from the subject matter perspective.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong teaching skills for a senior audience in both classroom and virtual classroom environments and adapt teaching styles accordingly.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in emerging technology as a trainer
  • Awareness and deep knowledge of the subject area, including latest analytics-based technologies
  • Ability to instruct senior-level learners, with a talent for effectively engaging adult students of diverse ages and backgrounds
  • Competency in teaching technical subjects to a non-technical audience, using simple language and avoiding excessive jargon
  • Effective verbal communication skills

Technical skills include expert-level knowledge of one or more emerging technologies such as data science, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, Generative AI, and large language models.

Experience and Skills Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in training senior audiences.
