Lead Backend Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Lead Backend Engineer to drive the technical direction of our backend systems and lead engineering initiatives.

  • Job Description:
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives, driving initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence, guiding the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture.
  • Design and develop backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies, leading the development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems.
  • Professional Requirements and Expertise:
  • 6+ years of experience in backend development, with a deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
