Sr Quality Analyst Job Description

Our company is looking for a skilled Sr Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive transaction quality and delivery through process control and compliance initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of TQ interventions and strengthen quality management processes.
  • Manage claim quality and client-related KPIs, accurately capturing SLA/SLO metrics and reporting needs.
  • Generate and implement innovative ideas and process improvements in the account.
  • Support the quality and compliance teams in performing audits and follow-ups based on observations/misses highlighted.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process in an International BPO.
  • Strong working knowledge of TTQ systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge and good working knowledge of QUALITY matrices.
  • Ability to analyze, drive improvement, and innovate.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
