Senior Content Developer Role

The primary objective of this role is to create high-quality content that resonates with diverse consumer groups. As a Senior Content Developer, you will be responsible for editing and creating engaging content across various industries, including banking, insurance, finance, travel, entertainment, lifestyle, food, medicine, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit at least 5000+ words of content per working day for style, grammar, and factual accuracy.
  • Create compelling blog posts, website content, marketing content, product descriptions, and long-form marketing copy as required.
  • Understand how to create captivating content across paid media and social platforms in the digital space.
  • Produce content that appeals to B2B, B2C, regional, etc consumer groups.
  • Research topics and create plagiarism-free, excellent-quality content across various industries.
  • Understand SEO tools and guidelines to help create content and drive traffic towards client websites.
  • Generate ideas for new content topics, write, edit, and proofread all content pieces for inconsistencies or errors.
  • Plan a content calendar/delivery schedule and inform stakeholders of project/delivery status regularly.
  • Contribute to and lead content strategy efforts on assigned accounts.
  • Mentor writers and help them develop their writing skills.
  • Ensure consistency across projects and follow style guides as applicable for varying clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – particularly Microsoft Word.
  • A keen understanding of the digital marketing spectrum and social media platforms.
  • Strong logic, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in simple terms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An eye for detail and meticulousness while creating content.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Openness to learn about subjects across different industries.
  • Team players with a positive mindset towards work.
