We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our Engineering Implementation team as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead. In this role, you'll work closely with our top leadership to drive momentum and rhythm through strategic planning, implementation, and governance.

  • Planning and execution of project strategies to meet deadlines.
  • Researching and developing technical designs and architecture.
  • Determining training needs and talent development requirements.
  • Providing clear direction to teams and prioritizing technical backlog.

Requirements and Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable college.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial application development using NodeJS.
  • Experience with configuration management and build/release planning & management.
  • A proven track record of delivering SAAS products to multiple customers.
  • Participation in product building or experience working in a startup company is a plus.
  • Experience in cloud environments, especially AWS, is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at the senior executive level.
  • Prior experience in hiring and training team members is essential.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning is required.
