Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, monitoring trends and performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance client strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for engagement and ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing social media for US/North American clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms and a deep understanding of their unique features and audience dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and paid advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
