Are you ready to drive business growth by expertly implementing solutions? As a Product Implementation Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through seamless solution deployments.
About the Role- You will mentor and guide Implementation consultants to optimize their work efficiency.
- Oversee a substantial portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring optimal solution design that meets client business needs.
- Lead the Implementation cycle from start to finish, fostering collaboration with stakeholders within each customer account.
- Work closely with business analysts to implement and configure product suites for each customer account.
- Develop strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended action plans.
- Collaborate with internal resources to meet project timelines and maintain the best interests of the customer.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
- PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
- Overall 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
- Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
- Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
- Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
- Knowledge of system development, process improvements, and business processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes expertise.
- Integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
