Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to lead our design team and create exceptional customer experiences. As the Lead Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Your primary focus will be on designing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

To achieve this, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver customized solutions that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

In addition to your design expertise, you will also be responsible for analyzing sales reports, project timelines, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software and other relevant design tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
