**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team at Letsbloom. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing user stories using React and integrating them with back-end services built in Java / Go Lang.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microservices architecture, database management, and DevOps practices. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to lead teams effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead a team comprised of full stack developers and GETs, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Help developers in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Work with engineering managers to define technology best practices.
  • Contribute in designing and developing user stories using React and integrate them with back-end services built in Java / Go Lang.
  • Ensure that defined best practices are adhered to.

**Requirements:***

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering from recognised University.
  • Strong expertise in Java 17/19/21 or Python, Golang, building RESTful APIs, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Experience in relational databases PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, with data modelling and optimization knowledge.
  • Familiarity with GCP & AWS/ Azure, DevOps and QA practices and frameworks.
