About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
As a trusted advisor, this specialist will work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in farming existing accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account growth strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain detailed records of account activities, sales opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on client needs and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts – SOC & SIEM Tools.
- Knowledge of Tools like Imperva, CyberArk, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Tenable, DLP, FIM, WAF, CyberArk etc.
