Role Summary

The Access Control Operations Expert will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and knowledge for our physical security infrastructure and services. This includes supporting the smooth and efficient operations of video surveillance and access control systems.

You will work closely with the Global Asset Protection team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with on-premise network video recording devices, as well as regularly checking the status of video surveillance cameras and NVR devices to ensure they are online and functioning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support service delivery for Asset Protection and Access Control.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with network video recording devices.
  • Regularly check the status of video surveillance cameras and NVR devices.
  • Manage tickets in ServiceNow and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support upcoming deployments.
  • Support queue management by identifying trends and escalating to the correct teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement and implement new technologies.
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • 3+ years of technology experience or equivalent combination.
  • Understanding of incident management principles.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and other cloud-managed networking solutions.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Office, and Microsoft Azure.
