We are currently seeking a dynamic Career Counsellor to join our team, who will play a crucial role in assisting students in their career development by offering personalized guidance, utilizing psychological reports, and fostering effective communication.
">Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing trust and credibility with clients, conducting one-on-one career counselling sessions, and providing accurate and relevant information on industry trends, educational programs, and job market dynamics.
They will also collaborate with other team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our counselling services.
">Qualifications
">We seek a candidate with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in any stream, preferably with experience in career counselling. A certification course in Career Counselling is preferred, as well as knowledge of various career assessment tools like Psychometric tests & counselling techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an empathetic and understanding demeanour. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter and self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
