WMS and eCommerce Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead our quality strategy and vision for WMS and eCommerce domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality organization's vision and strategy across core engineering tracks.
  • Lead a team of test engineers to consistently deliver high-quality software.
  • Promote the end-to-end test strategy for programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and third parties.
  • Collaborate with technical engineers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate testing into development processes.
  • Monitor key quality metrics to measure progress in strengthening the eCommerce test and quality footprint.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, coding standards, and frameworks to enhance continuous integration.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, including development, business, environment, and other teams.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Working experience with eCommerce platforms, OMS, search, and 3rd-party eCommerce applications.
  • Exposure to modern web standards and technology.
  • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile SCRUM and test-driven environment.
  • Comfort working with offshore development and testing teams.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best practices (Jenkins, Github).
  • Strong professional experience with JavaScript and related libraries.
  • Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches.
  • Exposure to bug tracking and task management software like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
