Project Manager for Civil and Real Estate Projects

The role of Project Manager in this position is pivotal. The ideal candidate will oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects.

In this capacity, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

This role requires a wealth of knowledge in project management, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.

  • Manage all aspects of pre and post-contract processes to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners, including vendors and contractors.
  • Analyze rates and negotiate terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to align with company objectives.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
