Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Azure/MSBI Architect to join our global delivery team's Data Analytics practice in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best-of-breed technology solutions based on Azure & MSBI stack for Exusia's clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work on client projects to deliver Microsoft-based Data engineering & Analytics solutions
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for relevant technical skills on multiple projects if required
  • Engineer and implement scalable analytics solutions both on-premise & Cloud platforms
  • Design data pipelines to ingest & integrate structured/unstructured data from heterogeneous sources
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to deliver projects on time adhering to quality standards
  • Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Analytics practice by helping with solutioning for prospects
  • Contribute to talent recruitment, competency building, and providing mentorship to junior resources

Requirements:


The successful candidate would need to have 5+ years of experience and possess a broad set of capabilities, depth of knowledge, and variety of experiences. The competency needs for this role are as follows:


Mandatory Skills:



  • In-depth knowledge on SQL Server/SSIS. Should have solid experience using SSIS for ETL processing
  • Experience on Azure Synapse Analytics with demonstrated hands-on experience on at least 1 project
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Data pipeline tools Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Databricks
  • Working knowledge of Power BI & Embedded Analytics using Power BI Embedded and .NET
  • Problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work on any Azure Services in the Analytics space
  • Experience building operational/interactive Model-driven & Canvas-based applications using Power Apps
  • Experience working with data from DataVerse and Azure SQL Database
  • Automating workflows and business processes with Power Apps & Power Automate
  • Integrate Power Platform components with Azure-based services and Azure security layer

Nice-to-Have Skills:



  • Working knowledge of SSRS and SSAS
  • Exposure to Analytics services available on Azure
  • Installation & Configuration of Microsoft tools both On Premise & Azure
  • Understanding of Data Modeling & Other ETL tools is desirable
  • Exposure to Other BI / Visual Analysis tools like Tableau, Looker is desirable
  • Experience with Excel Macros and VBScript
  • Exposure to any other low-code/No-code platforms for building data-centric apps will be a plus

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum (depending on experience)
