Job Description:

Seeking a results-driven professional to generate high-quality leads for interior designers and architects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and verifying incoming leads, engaging professionally with prospects, explaining basic services to interested leads, scheduling appointments between verified leads and clients, and maintaining daily records of calls and appointments set.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling and Verifying Leads: Ensure timely verification of incoming leads to secure business opportunities.
  • Professional Engagement: Develop strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and our clients, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Daily Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments set to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Graduate with Strong Presentation Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Tele-Calling Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or customer interaction is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues to drive business success.
  • Confidence and Professionalism: Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and a well-spoken demeanor at all times when interacting with clients and prospects.
