Job Title: Oracle Revenue Management Support Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled service engineer to provide comprehensive support for Oracle revenue management, receivables, and intercompany processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Revenue recognition and compliance
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining revenue contracts, performance obligations, and standalone selling price calculations
  • Resolving issues with revenue deferrals, allocations, and adjustments
  • Ensuring revenue compliance through multi-currency and multi-GAAP reporting
Receivables & Invoicing Support:
  • Troubleshooting customer invoicing, credit memos, and adjustments
  • Supporting AutoInvoice for importing transactions from external systems
  • Resolving issues with receipts processing (manual & automatic), lockbox, and payment matching
Intercompany Process Support:
  • Maintaining intercompany revenue recognition and transfer pricing rules
  • Supporting intercompany invoicing between business units using Oracle Cloud Intercompany
  • Ensuring intercompany netting of payables and receivables using Oracle Cloud Payables (AP) and Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR)
Accounting & Period Close Support:
  • Reconciling AR subledger with general ledger (GL)
  • Supporting period-end revenue recognition and receivables close processes
  • Validating revenue and intercompany accounting follows IFRS, GAAP, and tax requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles
  • 5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany modules
  • Knowledge of AutoInvoice, Payment Processing, and Collections functionality
