Research Scientist DMPK Position

This research scientist position is available in our organization, responsible for designing, performing, and interpreting metabolite identification studies. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in pharmacology or pharmaceutical analysis, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical chemistry with 5-8 years of experience. Alternatively, a Ph.D. with 2-5 years of experience would be suitable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying metabolites in vitro and in vivo.
  • Utilize LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques to identify metabolites and their soft spots.
  • Analyze complex data sets and structurally interpret Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.
  • Apply drug metabolism principles and pathways, along with experience in regulatory documentation and submissions.
  • Provide insights on DMPK concepts to project teams.
  • Represent the group in internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of various DMPK concepts in large molecule/ADC.

The successful candidate will prepare relevant SOPs, protocols, reports, etc. to support various regulatory and non-regulatory submissions. A strong understanding of various DMPK concepts in large molecule/ADC, excellent communication skills, driving innovation, and managing teams are added advantages.
