Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. ReactJS Developer for our web application development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale web applications and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Front-End Architecture: As a senior front-end developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end architecture of our web application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, reusable, and scalable components.

Design Reusable Components: Proficiency in designing and implementing reusable components to enhance code efficiency is essential for this role. You will use your expertise to migrate class-based components to functional components and write custom React hooks.

State Management: Strong ability to create and manage Redux slices to handle application state effectively is required. You will also have experience in migrating from Redux-Observable to Redux-Toolkit for improved state management.

Styling: Advanced skills in applying utility-first styling with Tailwind CSS to create modern and responsive designs are necessary. You will also have proficiency in using SASS for writing maintainable and scalable CSS with variables, mixins, and nested rules.

Testing and Debugging: Experience in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests with Jest to ensure the reliability and quality of code is essential. You will also have experience with debugging applications via DevTools.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications and in migrating legacy code to modern frameworks is required.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions, with a focus on enhancing user experience and code quality is necessary.

Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.

Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential.
