Key Performance Indicators Analyst

Our organization is a leading player in the retail sector, with a strong presence across both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms. We are seeking an experienced Performance Metrics Specialist who can analyze raw data to provide actionable insights, driving informed decisions for our business.

  • Analyze sales data from various channels, including retail and online platforms.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from point-of-sale systems, enterprise resource planning software, customer relationship management tools, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
  • Build interactive dashboards and automated reports using advanced data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across our retail and e-commerce operations.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, enterprise resource planning software, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments.
