Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate travel services for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and arranging transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel-related services.

You will work closely with clients to determine their needs and preferences, providing personalized advice on destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

In addition to coordinating logistics, you will also provide relevant information, brochures, and publications to travelers, book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.

Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and arrange transportation, accommodations, and other travel services
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and preferences
  • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications to travelers
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees
  • Meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
