Job Description:

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in deepening customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Your key responsibility will be to support the Relationship Manager in identifying potential customers and converting them into valuable business opportunities.

You will assist in creating Joint Liability Groups and centres, managing them through various phases, while driving client acquisition, building strong household-level customer relationships, and maximizing lifetime value in each relationship.

The role involves:

  • Mapping household needs in villages and allocated areas to drive zoning activity
  • Conducting end-user checks post-loan disbursal to achieve monthly and annual group loan booking targets
  • Assessing and evaluating client needs to generate new sources of revenue through cross-sell opportunities based on lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements
  • Contributing to the penetration of liabilities business in rural markets through lead generation and account opening as per customer needs
  • Achieving individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships
  • Maintaining high collections efficiency through discipline and drive
  • Preparing accurate documentation of loans and saving accounts
  • Coordinating with operations officers for timely and accurate data entry
  • Ensuring compliance with bank requirements
  • Conducting field audits and customer verifications to ensure high-quality accounts
  • Gathering market intelligence and benchmarking against best practices in competitor banks
  • Recommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
