Job Title: Automation Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Automation Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Building Automation Solutions (BAS) and a strong understanding of HVAC systems, ELV solutions, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies specific to Building Automation Solutions.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop impactful promotional content and campaigns.
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized BAS/ELV solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase solution benefits.
Technical Expertise:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Building Automation and ELV systems.
  • Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support to clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments and technological advancements.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather client feedback and translate insights into product and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales, specifically in Building Automation / ELV / HVAC domains.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Building Automation, HVAC controls, and ELV systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
