Job Description
  • We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable IT educator to deliver engaging and effective IT courses at our training center.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Web Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS and NodeJS. They will be responsible for designing and creating course content, organizing class schedules, and managing course-related updates on our website, as well as helping our students build projects during the course learning and internship process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive IT training courses in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, including JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS).
  2. Design and create course materials, including course content, lesson plans, and instructional resources for courses, and assist with internship management for students.
  3. Establish course workflow and milestones for the course and internship to ensure a structured and cohesive learning experience.
  4. Organize and schedule IT classes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of content.
  5. Update and maintain course information on our website.
  6. Participate in additional training programs funded by us to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  7. Provide support and guidance to students for their internship needs, documentation work like resume building, internship-based project documentation, etc.
  8. Conduct marketing seminars to promote our courses and attract new students.
  9. Conduct separate sessions for doubt-solving and keep track of milestones for project work during the internship.
  10. Continuously improve training methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  11. Assist students extensively in generating documentation for their project like report-making and milestone-setting documents.
