Company Overview
As a leading insurance provider, Aviva India seeks a highly skilled professional to shape and amplify its reputation through strategic corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies to enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses, as well as planning and executing media rounds, interviews, and press events for leadership positioning.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead the internal communication strategy to drive employee engagement and alignment with company goals. This includes developing content for CEO town halls, leadership emails, newsletters, and internal campaigns, as well as managing internal communication channels such as the intranet, digital bulletins, and corporate events.

The role also involves leading and executing Aviva India's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes identifying and managing CSR partnerships, NGOs, and initiatives that create long-term impact, as well as developing compelling storytelling around CSR projects to drive internal and external engagement.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will shape and refine Aviva India's brand positioning through strategic communication efforts, including identifying and creating opportunities for executive profiling, speaker engagements, and authored articles. The role also requires crafting engaging content for press releases, articles, internal communication, and digital platforms, as well as designing high-impact Power Point presentations for leadership, media briefings, and internal communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Brand Management, preferably in BFSI or related industries. Strong media network and experience in handling press interactions are essential, as is the ability to strategize, implement, and communicate CSR initiatives effectively. Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and editorial expertise are also required, as well as strong proficiency in creating engaging and professional presentations.
