Dev Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev Lead to join our team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Asia Pacific Head Office. As a Dev Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our development team, overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

• Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead the development of Java applications, APIs, and microservices, following agile development methodologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, incorporating unit testing and continuous integration practices.
• Implement performance optimizations and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

• Engineering degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience working with global teams.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing high-performance teams in development projects.
• Deep expertise building and operating large-scale high-performance environments with distributed systems and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc).
• Deep expertise with enterprise design patterns and industry best practices with experience using modern technology (e.g., Java, Cassandra, Kafka), design patterns (e.g., microservices, APIs), and databases (Mongo).
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment leading/working with geographically distributed teams.
