Production Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Production Planning Coordinator to join our team at Biocon Biologics. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for coordinating the production planning process, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate production schedules, including procurement, logistics, and quality control.
2. Develop and maintain accurate production schedules, including material requirements and inventory levels.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
4. Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
7. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in production planning or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in MS Office, with ability to learn and use new software as needed.
* Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
