Pastry Baker

As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of pastry and dessert items to the highest standard.

• Prepare menu items according to provided recipes and photos.
• Set up pastry displays on buffets as needed, ensuring visually appealing presentations.
• Transport food items from main stores to pastry galley when assigned, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Clean and sanitize working areas and utensils following strict hygiene protocols.
• Stay informed about and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and food safety practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
