Job Overview

The Data Analyst role involves delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.

  • Gathering project requirements, assessment setup, and delivery, including reporting and result generation.
  • Collation of scores for different tools in order to maintain database accuracy.
  • Analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Creating interactive dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effective communication skills with good team player skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identifying innovative ways to improve current execution methods. This position operates independently with strong domain knowledge.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in operations and project management is essential.
  • Stakeholder management involves status updates, query resolution, and timely delivery assurance.
  • Meeting strict timelines while ensuring quality deliverables is crucial.
  • Multitasking abilities are necessary for timely activity completion, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Contributing to junior analyst training and capability development is also required.
  • Supporting consulting assignments and interfacing with external clients is part of this role.
Key Skills and Knowledge
  • Advanced analytical skills to create data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions such as mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Tableau proficiency for data presentation is a plus.
  • Business communication skills and English fluency are necessary.
  • Flexibility, initiative-taking, accountability, collaborative approach, self-motivation, and a go-getter attitude are required.
  • Adaptability to changing environments (VUCA) is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python is beneficial.
