Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Resource Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure data accuracy in resource management systems by regularly reviewing and updating resource allocation records.
- Maintain open communication with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs and make recommendations for resource allocation adjustments as needed.
- Support forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts by analyzing resource utilization trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for effective resource planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365) for efficient resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
