We're now seeking a skilled Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our team and help us further achieve our mission.

**Job Description**

The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing our paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines. This role requires expertise in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our website.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute PPC strategies to reach target audiences and increase conversions.

- Conduct regular keyword research to identify new opportunities and refine existing campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with our SEO and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing.

- Utilize bid management tools to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in SEM, with a proven track record of success in managing PPC campaigns.

- Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.

- Proficiency in bid management tools like Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- AdWords, Bing, and Facebook Business certification required.

- Google Analytics certification required.
