About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with designers and marketers to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversions, improve page performance and enhance responsive design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with in-house designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitoring site performance and running regular audits.
  • Measuring conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates and providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Creating innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using data-driven approaches.
  • Working closely with content, design and product teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Strong understanding of web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings and staying up-to-date with ever-changing trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
