Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: You will lead the development of the organization's digital rewards strategy, focusing on forging new associations and partnerships across various industries.
  • Brand Partnerships & Alliances: You will build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • B2B Engagement: You will lead the expansion of the Digital currency vertical, targeting large enterprises and SMBs.
  • New Business Development: You will identify and evaluate new market opportunities, creating strategies to penetrate untapped segments.

Leadership & Team Development
You will build and lead a high-performing team across sales, alliances, marketing, and client servicing. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Mentor emerging leaders and ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • P&L holder and business acumen from finance and market analysis perspective preferred.
  • Good understanding of the digital rewards, gift cards, loyalty solutions, or corporate gifting domain preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving partnerships, managing large enterprise relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
