Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Office (PMO) leader to oversee the governance, cadence, and management of our Intellectual Property vertical.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the PMO for the IP vertical, ensuring seamless project delivery and excellent client service.
  • Support project managers in documenting and tracking project aspects, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Track time spent on project activities and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Communicate standard processes and best practices internally.
  • Monitor matter communications, create reports on progress, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support operations-led initiatives through detailed plans and charters.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Science, or Arts.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management Office, with expertise in intellectual property.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proactive and consultative approach, with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working directly with functional and technical resources.
  • Strong mastery of metrics and data reporting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office.
  • Previous experience in IP domain is a significant advantage.
