About the Position:
  • We seek an experienced professional with at least 7 years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • The successful individual will have a strong understanding of HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Prior experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations is also desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
  • Develop and maintain scoped applications, script includes, business rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and defect fixing.
  • Provide support during hypercare and cutover phases.
Requirements:
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
