Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a vital role in managing our existing user base, licenses, profiles, and user information.

Your primary responsibilities will include administering the Salesforce implementation to support our global user base, providing Level 2 support for the Salesforce platform, and supporting user queries and training on new functionalities launched every month by our development team.

Key aspects of your role will be:
  • Administrating the Salesforce implementation to support a global user base.
  • Offering L2 support for the Salesforce platform.
  • Supporting user queries and Training about new functionalities launched every month by the development team.
  • Supporting all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing settings.
  • Managing data migrations and data loading requests for Salesforce.
  • Supporting the Salesforce integration with other applications and downstream systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a timely manner and managing projects following agile best practices for application development.
  • Executing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce releases and evaluating new features for implementation.
  • Identifying unused or underutilized platform features and working with the product owner to get them prioritized in the product backlog.
  • Establishing best practices, maintaining documentation, and suggesting improvements - as our in-house expert, we'll trust you to bring ideas on developments and new ways of working.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience working within a large, global organization is preferred.
  • Driven to succeed with the ability to creatively problem-solve.
  • Negotiation skills and excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and people engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under initiative within a team environment, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with Lightning and Salesforce App development.
  • Experience with creation and management of Flows.
  • Sales Cloud certification is essential.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
