Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable processes for global entities, ensuring timely payments and smooth communication with vendors.
  • Coordinate with global team members working in EU time zones.
  • Prepare and execute global payments for all vendors and make process enhancements to automate payment flows.
  • Maintain knowledge of cash positions and plan for vendor payments to ensure smooth cash flow management.
  • Identify and resolve payment bottlenecks/delays in a timely manner.
  • Access online banking portals to prepare digital payments for verification and authorization.
  • Review AP reports and handle audits independently.
  • Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects and financial analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business with a keen interest in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong communication skills; added bonus if the candidate speaks French.
  • Experience with accounting software and MS Excel package.
  • Motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment autonomously.
  • Ability to multitask on complex projects responsibly and take initiative to drive improvement in internal processes.
  • Accountable for quality, accuracy, and efficiency, with a problem-solving nature.
