Senior Paid Media Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead our advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This leadership role involves building campaigns, teams, and momentum simultaneously. As a key member of our team, you'll drive performance-driven advertising strategies and manage high-budget campaigns.

  • Develop full-funnel strategies for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the data, product, and creative teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing high budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
