We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Gurugram, Warehouse.

This role involves overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring completion of warehouse tasks within defined timelines and meeting set KPI's
  • Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Developing strong knowledge of warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conducting regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy
  • Generating MIS reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinating with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Preparing E-way bills, Good Receipts, and checking vendor invoices as per agreements
  • Collaborating with internal and external team members

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment center
  • Familiarity with WMS/SAP-like ERP packages is an advantage
  • Graduate with knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week
