The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles is required. The incumbent must be able to maintain composure, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and work occasionally extended hours during events or peak periods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous manner, managing meeting room bookings, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

The job requires proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and basic knowledge of organizational procedures. Any Graduate (preferred) can apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Route guests on calls to the right employees.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
