The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories, including IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value, leading RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes, negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors, and building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and policies, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories
