Job Title: Creative Visual Artist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented creative visual artist to join our team.

This role will focus on producing high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and the agency's creative standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Maintain timely project delivery by meeting agreed deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback
  • Participate actively in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews
  • Utilize professional editing tools and AI to enhance output quality
  • Foster efficient workflow processes and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Promote effective communication through regular reporting to managers
  • Tasks & Activities:
  • Design visually appealing content based on client briefs within designated timelines
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and develop compelling visuals
  • Track Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned projects and maintain strict adherence to established timelines
  • Analyze internal and client feedback to improve future design work and optimize efficiency
  • Implement company processes to deliver designs efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and utilize new editing tools and AI to improve designs
  • Moodboard Creation and Visual Tone Setting:
  • Establish tone and direction for video content to ensure consistency across existing and new brands
  • Develop editing styles, learn new techniques, and stay current with emerging trends and philosophies
  • Research:
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithms, consumer psychology, and the use of different editing styles for various brands
  • Teamwork:
  • Respond positively to internal and client feedback to continually improve video work
  • Show teamwork spirit by assisting peers during high-pressure situations
  • Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates to managers
  • Ensure timely task management and reporting compliance within project management platforms
Performance Metrics
  • Client Satisfaction – Positive feedback on static quality and creativity
  • Technical Skills – Active utilization of new editing tools and AI for continuous improvement
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) – Ability to reduce TAT for all projects
  • Reporting – Real-time task management and reporting compliance
  • Teamwork – Effective support for team members during workload peaks
Growth Path

Initial Phase (0-3 Months): Deliver quality work on assigned creatives, become proficient in agency processes, and build strong working relationships.

Middle Phase (3-6 Months): Take on broader design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and actively participate in team brainstorming.

Advanced Phase (6-12 Months): Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms, begin mentoring newer team members on design tools and agency practices.

Senior Phase (12-18 Months): Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
