Key Role Responsibilities
  • Transform complex problems into user-centered designs with clarity and effectiveness.
  • Design intuitive journeys for browse, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking that feel simple and natural.
  • Define and refine all states (empty, loading, error) to ensure a polished user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a lean Design System that ensures consistency without restricting creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams to bring designs to life efficiently.
  • Review live builds and guarantee that the shipped product matches the intended design.
  • Utilize AI-assisted workflows to streamline tasks and focus on high-value design contributions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • 3–8+ years of experience in product design with successful B2C product launches.
  • A portfolio showcasing real problem-solving skills (not just visually appealing designs).
  • Proficiency in Figma and a strong sense of structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate decisions clearly and work efficiently without overcomplicating processes.
  • Understanding of accessibility principles and ability to create designs that are effortless for everyone.
