We are seeking an experienced and skilled web professional to lead our front-end development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in coding standards.
  • Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional and mobile-first web components that meet the highest standards of accessibility (WCAG compliance).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks to improve efficiency and performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5) with experience in cross-browser development and progressive enhancement.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles with a solid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulation with experience working in agile development environments.
