Web Development Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned web development leader to spearhead our engineering initiatives.

As a senior MERN stack developer, you will lead web development projects, design and develop front-end and back-end architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities will include writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, debugging and optimizing applications, managing databases, and participating in code reviews.

You will be working with modern technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Experience with common development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus
