Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Software Engineering Team Lead to drive the development of software products and solutions. This leadership role involves guiding a team of software engineers, providing technical support, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Guidance: Provide expert guidance, code reviews, and technical support to software engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, prioritizing effective communication and stakeholder management.
  3. Mentorship and Career Development: Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
  4. Project Execution: Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.
  5. Task Management: Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals.
  6. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
  • Strong programming and debugging skills.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Will to learn and grow in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or training.
