Job Title: Human Resources Manager

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our purchasing department. Your primary responsibility will be to exert diligent financial process control in accordance with company and business procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by sourcing quality products while delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with immediate reports to ensure that costs and inventory are controlled, productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel purchasing beneficial but not essential.
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
