Claims Processor

About the role:

This position is responsible for processing warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The role requires verifying repair orders against dealership systems, preparing claims for submission, and maintaining records of claim notes and aging claims.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with US-based dealership staff and collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
• Audit and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claim notes and aging claims.
• Communicate effectively with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
