  • Travel to different locations for enrolment drives, leveraging effective time management and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market understanding: know the micro market, prospect base, and ecosystem to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Enquiry generation: engage with graduates, build meaningful relationships, and create databases of eligible candidates.
  • Admission process: share relevant course information, follow admission procedures, and update systems regularly to ensure seamless communication.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are also necessary for navigating diverse client needs and preferences.

This position requires extensive travel, so a valid driver's license is necessary to ensure safe and efficient movement between locations.
