OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will have a strong background in BPO environments and extensive calling experience, enabling you to effectively manage day-to-day operations and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage a Team: Oversee the performance of your team, providing regular feedback and conducting performance appraisals.
- Operational Management: Ensure that calls are answered promptly, accurately, and professionally, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Train and coach team members on effective communication, customer handling techniques, and troubleshooting.
To be successful as a Team Lead for Customer Service, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer care role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position in a BPO environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management skills, with experience in coaching, training, and motivating a team.
